Romance and Moroccan Lamb Shanks

As I mentioned, we don’t typically do Valentine’s Day here at Casa eLuckypacket. But we did celebrate our anniversary on Sunday night (close enough!) with a scrumptious home-cooked meal.

Over time, you’ll come to realize just how passionate I am about lamb! My favourite food — especially with a good glass of red wine.

So here goes … I made slow-roasted Moroccan lamb shanks with brown rice and steamed asparagus. Plus red wine and candles. Ooh la la!
